At Stephen Ministries St. Louis, we’re all about building a more caring world.
We’re a nonprofit Christian educational organization that has been equipping people for half a century to care and relate with excellence.
We’re best known for Stephen Ministry, our caring ministry system used in over 14,000 churches from over 190 faith traditions around the world.
We also produce books, courses, and other resources on topics such as grief, empathy, caring for those who are hurting, assertive relating, and leadership.
Our training and resources are being used by individuals, churches, schools, businesses, hospitals, and other organizations worldwide, making a difference in millions of lives.
As we celebrate 50 years in ministry and look toward the next 50 years, we are continuing to add to our team.

We provide initial and ongoing training, supportive supervision and mentorship, and opportunities to learn and grow—to help each staff member maximize their potential.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities, as well as paid internships, are available. All positions are located at the Stephen Ministries Center in St. Louis.
